Best Practices to Promote Crewz for Your Event

  1. Add your Crewz link to your event pages

Add the link and call to action directly to your Luma, Eventbrite, or other event platform page with a clickable link. We strongly recommend putting it towards the top and on any relevant pages (e.g. transportation), or users may not see it.

    Suggested copy

Open to carpooling or sharing an Uber/Lyft to network more with other attendees, see who is coming from near you, and save or earn $? You'll get an SMS with your matches. You can see LinkedIn or Instagram profiles, message, invite, accept, or ignore. Sign-up here: crewz.co/my-event

  2. Add a registration question

We strongly suggest including a required question in your RSVP/registration form to make sure attendees see and consider the shared rides option. We suggest the same copy as above with "Yes/Maybe" and "No" as answer options.

  3. Share link in communications & social media

Add the link to your emails and social media communications about your event.

  4. Include link in reminders

Users often finalize their travel plans 1-2 days before an event, so we recommend including the link and note as a key message then. If attendees are coming from farther away, consider additional, earlier reminders.
